COVID 19 POLICIES
Before arriving at our clinic, please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 policies below:

•  Please call us to cancel your appointment if you are experiencing a fever, cough, any cold/flu-like symptoms; or if you are feeling unwell.
• Masks are optional in the clinic. If you do not have a mask and would like one, we can provide one upon arrival. All staff will be wearing a mask.
• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment to reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting area.
• Please use the hand sanitizer provided upon arrival to the clinic.
• Please respect others choice to wear or not wear a mask.
• If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into your elbow and sanitize your hands immediately after.
• Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
